Interests

I have a few hobbies and interests I am involved with and felt I needed to add a page to my blog for these things so I can post information that interests me. I created a blog for each interest. The links are below. Does not really have anything to do with marketing but it is a part of me so here it is.

Golf

I am a golf enthusiast and although I have not been able to play as much as I would like because of time and cost, I love  the game. I have been playing golf for over 30 years and have seen my handicap range from 18+ to as low as 6 about 15 years ago when I was playing every day. Because I have been playing so long and seen so much I know how to play the game mentally and technically. I also have discovered that I am a pretty good coach. Not that I do that a lot but I seem to be able to watch someone swing and tell them what they need to work on almost instantly. Just a hobby mind you, but something that I enjoy and I love to see someone improve from something I have taught or showed them.

So, all this leads to why I am starting this page on my blog. I am going to be sharing some of the things I have learned over the years and maybe it will help someone. Not really looking to get anything out of it but I will share some links from time to time of products that my be of  interest. That is just my marketer coming out. Hope you enjoy my posts. Fishing

I love to fish. I was brought up in a fishing family and if you did not fish there was something wrong with you. My dad had several boats over the years and that just fueled the fire and desires in the family. Now when I say fishing I mean salt water fishing. Fresh water was always considered something that others did but not our family. I could count on my had the times we went fresh water fishing but salt water fishing…. that is what we did on vacation each summer. That was vacation..  Needless to say I have my own boat now and when I can, I go fishing and from time to time take my dad out.  He no longer owns a boat but I will always appreciate him helping me out to get the one I have.
